Product Specification

The iML6602 is a high efficiency stereo Class-D audio amplifier and have very low idle power loss in Highly Efficient Mode (HEM) which helps to extend the battery life. The high efficiency allows it can support 2 × 30 W without external heat sink on a dual layer PCB.

The device provides Parallel BTL application can deliver 60W into 4Ω load at 24V supply voltage.

The iML6602 employs a switching frequency option 300-KHz and 350K+-15% SSM to reduce EMI, which is achieved together with an option of either master or slave option, making it possible to synchronize multiple devices.
The adjustable power limit function allows to set the PLIMIT voltage rail to limit the amount of current through the speaker. This device is fully protected includes UVLO, OVP, OTP, DC Protection and short-circuit protection.
