Total System Accuracy? ensures this instrument and probe combination will deliver. The heavy-duty patented probe is reinforced with Kevlar? and a metal braid that neatly wraps and stows around the instrument.

The Bell Surface probe is best used for taking measurements of any flat surface. Bell self-orients to a surface to give superior contact. Ideal for griddles and platens.

With any surface measure, a small drop of oil or grease is recommended to aid in heat transfer to the bell sensor.
