The TuffTemp construction features an aluminum extruded housing and molded nylon endcaps that ensures the instrument will survive the roughest environments.

VersaTuff? models are designed to accept all thermocouple probes using the standard mini-connector. Cooper-Atkins offers several probes for use in industrial and foodservice.
