Product Specification

Capacitive sensor chips MDC 04 and MDC02 are high integrated digital analog mixed signal sensor integrated circuits. The chip is directly connected with the differential capacitance plate near the object. Using the difference between different dielectric constant and number of substances, the sensor is realized through amplification, digital conversion and compensation calculation of the small changes of material composition. The chip integrates a high-precision 16bit analog ADC circuit with a capacitance resolution of 0.1 fF and a linearity error of less than 0.3%. In addition, the chip has a temperature sensing circuit with an accuracy of 0.5℃, which can be used for temperature compensation and other temperature sensing scenarios.

MDC 04 and MDC02 are four-channel and two-channel measurement of high-precision capacitance conditioning chips, respectively. Each channel measures the mutual and inductive capacitance between the two poles, the programmable fixed measurement range is 0~103.5pF, the programmable variable conditioning range is ±15.5pF, and the chip can automatically search for the optimal range configuration. The chip measurement working mode is flexible, and can be configured with multi-channel measurement combination, single measurement, periodic cycle measurement and other working modes. MDC04 Chip supports digital single bus and I2C dual communication interface, and MDC02 chip supports digital single bus interface. The single-bus interface supports distributed sensing with long cables and multiple nodes.
